Description

Chipboard Flooring Sheets | P5 T&G Moisture Resistant (18mm) Tongue & groove chipboard

Specifications

Considered a structural grade flooring board, Tongue & Groove Chipboards are mainly used in flooring application to provide a solid base for additional flooring work. The design of these particular chipboards provide extra strength and structure when the boards are slotted together before being screwed or nailed to floor joists. Our top quality T&G chipboard is moisture resistant, making it ideal for kitchen and bathroom flooring, and its ability to take to most floor coverings makes this board extremely adaptable. This board can also give an extra boost of insulation due to the density of the board itself, when paired with either acoustic or thermal slab insulation. This board is ideal for flooring in tight and hard to reach areas such as lofts, due to the narrow sheet size being easy to handle in such areas.

Our Tongue & Groove Chipboard is available in thicknesses of 18mm and 22mm chipboard flooring and comes in two standard sizes:

Standard Sheet Sizes:

2400mm x 600mm (8ft x 2ft)
1200mm x 600mm (4ft x 2ft)- cut from 8ft x 2ft. Please note one edge will not have grooves.
