Manufactured using a glass fibre reinforced carrier and APP-modified bitumen, this durable roofing membrane provides a reliable base layer for torch-on roofing applications. Its APP-modified construction provides a high softening point, helping to reduce foot marking during installation.

The upper surface features a sanded finish, providing excellent adhesion for the following torch-applied capsheet, while the underside incorporates a thermo-fusible film for efficient torch-on installation.

Suitable for both professional new roofing installations and refurbishment projects, the IKO Glass Universal Underlay can also be considered for overlaying existing bituminous roofing as part of a suitable torch-applied system.
