Specifications

Our 9mm OSB (Oriented Strand Board) is produced from softwood flakes and strips which after coating with adhesive resin are laid in specific orientations and hot pressed to produce a structural panel. OSB can be used for both flat and pitched roofing projects and works well for sheathing in walls. The BBA classification permits use in a wide range of applications such as roofing and flooring in both commercial and domestic situations.

The beneficial properties of the OSB Board include excellent load bearing capabilities, along with being adaptable to sawing, drilling, sanding and many more. OSB is stronger and can be more cost effective than other materials such as Plywood. As well as this, the OSB/3 boards, can withstand more conditions, such as high humidity, a feature specific to this particular type of OSB.

Our OSB Boards are available in thicknesses of 9mm, 11mm and 18mm and in a variety of sizes.
